Refund Policy

At Three Dolts Computers Kenya, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with our straightforward refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Software licenses that have been activated
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as "final sale"

2. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  4. Ship the item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 3 business days
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card company first
  • Contact your payment processor as processing times vary
  • If you still haven't received your refund, contact us at three.dolts@gmail.com
