1. Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options

International Shipping

We currently only ship within Kenya. For international inquiries, please contact us at three.dolts@gmail.com.

2. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for most items. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Exchange Policy

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or model (subject to availability). Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

4. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
